Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of n10 (the "Service"), operated by n10("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. The Service

n10 provides link shortening, redirection, link management, analytics, and a programmatic API. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use the Service to create links to unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content, and not to abuse, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

4. Plans, Billing & Taxes

• Paid plans (Pro and Enterprise) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Prices are stated in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase.
• By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

5. API Usage

API access is available on eligible plans and is subject to rate limits. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret. We may throttle, suspend, or revoke API access for abuse or to protect the Service.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the destination URLs and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process and route this data solely to operate the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to create links to your destinations.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, create a security or legal risk, or for prolonged inactivity. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, links you created may stop resolving.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, n10 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., by email or in-product). Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
