Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how n10("we") collects, uses, and shares information when you use n10(the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Account data: your name, email address, and profile image obtained through Google sign-in.
  • Link data: destination URLs, slugs, and titles you create.
  • Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We store your subscription status and a Stripe customer reference, not your full card details.

Information collected automatically

  • Redirect analytics: when someone clicks a short link, we record aggregate data such as click counts, device type, browser, and approximate country. We hash visitor IP addresses to estimate unique visits and do not store raw IP addresses long-term.
  • Cookies: as described in our Cookie Policy.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • To authenticate you and manage your account and subscription.
  • To produce aggregate analytics for links you own.
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Bases

Where applicable, we process personal data on the basis of contract performance (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security and improvement), consent (optional cookies), and legal compliance.

4. Sharing & Sub-processors

We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf, including hosting and database (Neon, Vercel), caching (Upstash), authentication (Google), and payments (Stripe). We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and link data for as long as your account is active. Aggregate analytics may be retained in de-identified form. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, encryption of stored secrets, hashed API keys, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@n10.in.

8. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time and will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date.

11. Contact

For privacy questions, contact privacy@n10.in.
